Michael is an experienced litigator who handles cases from the initial claim through resolution. He works directly with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to protect his clients’ interests and pursue strong results.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2015 and New Jersey since 2016.
His approach is straightforward: provide personal attention, communicate clearly, and advocate aggressively when necessary.
Jasmine Holiday

Her work includes assisting with case development, discovery, document review, medical records, court filings, deposition preparation, and trial preparation.
With approximately ten years of litigation support experience, Jasmine is accustomed to managing active caseloads, coordinating with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel, and helping ensure cases continue moving forward efficiently.
At Gersie Law, Jasmine works closely with clients and the legal team throughout the litigation process, helping organize the details of each case while keeping communication clear and responsive.
Carol Ishida
Pre-Litigation ParalegalCarol Ishida is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal at Gersie Law with five years of experience assisting attorneys and clients during the critical early stages of a claim.
Her work includes client communication, gathering medical records and bills, organizing case documentation, communicating with insurance companies and medical providers, and helping prepare claims for settlement negotiations.
Carol is experienced in managing active pre-litigation caseloads and helping ensure that important records, treatment information, insurance documentation, and other case materials are collected and organized as a claim progresses.
